GOING THROUGH KNIFE GATE
The Montagnoli Going Through Knife Gate Valves have been specially designed for a wide range of heavy-duty, abrasive, and corrosive applications, delivering long-term reliability and performance.
The Montagnoli Going Through Knife Gate Valves feature a bidirectional operation and are ideal for applications in aggressive environments and with the presence of acids, providing uncompromising 100% sealing integrity.
The knife design incorporates a circular opening in the valve's nominal diameter, ensuring a safe and reliable shut-off even in highly concentrated and viscous fluids such as pulp (pulp concentration <18%), liquors, tailings, powders, ashes, and sludge.
As a standard feature, the Going Through Knife Gate Valves are equipped with a Reject Box, responsible for cleaning the actuation knife by removing any objects and particles that could obstruct the valve's operation.
The standard face-to-face dimensions comply with MSS-SP-81, and the body fixing holes follow the ANSI 16.5 Class 150 or NBR 7675 PN10 standards.
